Lesson from these verses
In understanding what occurs when we are born again, saved as some denominations may call it, our life begins with God's transformation process and we become new creations in Jesus Christ. Where he becomes Our Lord and Savior, and Eternal Father in Heaven and our final destination is changed from Hell to Heaven. What is not always taught in many church organizations today, is the full and true gospel preaching, instead they get something which may say they can get to Heaven many ways, or they can be saved and live any way they want. However. Jesus Christ is The Only Way.
Application being seen today (2019)
If we look around at many "church folks", you will see some who raise hands during service, then leave the building only to live according to their fleshly desires and dreams and goals. This would be called mocking God and will face judgement if not repented and confessed.
Thank you and as always, if you still have not yet turn to Jesus and asked him to save you, acknowledging your a sinner per his standard, need him to save you and to restore you back in fellowship with himself. Then as Romans 10:9-10 says to believe in your heart (not that blood pumping organ only, rather your entire being) and confess with your mouth (this means not quietly and privately, but publicly.) and he will heal and save.
